The question being: "Shall HCR 19 pass the House?" Representative Coghill gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCR 19. HCR 19 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCR 19 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCR 19 was again before the House in second reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCR 19 pass the House?"
